I figured I better give the blog one last update before things get crazy with this little guy's birthday!
The kids made sure I had a great Mother's Day, complete with a french toast breakfast prepared by Reese (with a little help from Matt). I set up the self timer and plopped the kids on the bed with me in the afternoon to try to get some rare pics with me included!

Charlie is seriously questioning my motives here.
Charlie is getting good at walking in shoes, which is making trips to the park much easier.
Reese's sense of adventure always amazes me. She has no fear. She also has no interest in little slides anymore. She only wants to play on the "big kid" side of the park.
She has been my little helper doing yard work lately. She loves being outside, and she loves digging in the dirt. She's also loving worms. :)
She helped me plant all of our flowers, and we also planted our garden. She has enjoyed going out with me and getting basil and cilantro for cooking, and we were very excited to see that we have some strawberries growing!!!
