This is going to be a huge picture over share. We headed up to Disney World last weekend with the Murray clan, and we had the most amazing time. We only visited Magic Kingdom, and it completely exceeded every expectation we had. The kids were so excited, and seeing how magical everything was to them was THE BEST.
I made matching outfits for Reese, Charlie, Austin, Callie, and Braelyn before our trip. They all looked so adorable (in my humble opinion)!
Tinkerbell was the first character the kids met, and seeing Reese's face the first time she spotted her was so sweet.
Right after meeting Tinkerbell, we caught the morning parade.
This was Charlie's face when he saw the Toy Story float. He was so enamored with Woody and Jesse.
Our first ride was the Winnie the Pooh ride. I don't think Charlie knew what to expect, but he definitely enjoyed it!

Next, we met Rapunzel and Cinderella.
Charlie loved the Toy Story ride. It was like being inside a video game.
Our attempts at a family photo usually don't go so well…this was no exception.
We waited in line to meet Buzz Lightyear, and I'm pretty sure it was the highlight of Charlie's life to date. This was his face standing in line seeing him.
I can't even count how many times Charlie said, "I gived Buzz a fist bump!"
Matt and I took Reese on the infamous teacups.
Matt and Reese thought it was super fun and hilarious to crank the wheel to make the teacup spin faster. But I rained on their parade and screamed for them to stop. I just don't enjoy spinning like I did when I was a kid! :)
Aladin's Magic Carpet ride
We left the park at 7 on Friday because they were having a Halloween party that required an extra ticket. It was cool to see the park all decorated though.
The next morning, we started our day by meeting Mickey. He was so cute with the kids and had them pretending to fly. :)
Snow White was awesome. She tickled the kids to get them to smile for the camera. :)
After meeting Snow White, we headed over to Belle's castle. It was a really cool experience to go through the castle and then have Belle enter the room to do story time with the kids.
After the story telling was finished, each kid had a chance to take their picture with Belle. Charlie was last in line, but that didn't stop him from being the first person to get his picture taken with her. He ran right up to her and stole the show.
And then he made himself comfy on the floor in front of her. You can see the cast member on the right kindly directing him out of the way. hahaha (I totally should have stepped in, but c'mon…I was taking pictures of the whole thing!)

So, we did have one super heartbreaking moment on our trip. You see this face? This is the face of a boy seeing Woody and Jesse. We were in line to meet them, but realized that if we stayed in line, we were going to miss our chance to see the afternoon parade. So, we got out of line and headed to the parade after verifying with the line attendant that the characters would be there later. We were assured that they would be there until 5:45. So, later in the day, Reese, my mom, and I were waiting to meet Elsa and Anna, and Matt took Charlie back to meet Woody. He got there over 1/2 hour before they were set to wrap up the day, and they weren't allowing anyone else in line. Matt said that Charlie had a total meltdown. Heartbroken alligator tears. It was so sad. I'm at least happy he got to see them from a distance, but meeting him will be top priority on our next trip!
The afternoon parade really was pretty great though. :)
Before we went, we tried to get a fast pass to meet Elsa and Anna, but they were already gone. We walked by on Saturday afternoon and saw that the line was "only" 70 minutes, so we decided to brave it. A little over two hours later…we finally met the Frozen princesses.
Charlie loved the merry go round.
We stayed late on Saturday night for the Electric parade, laser show, and fireworks. The kids were exhausted, but we had so much fun.
We even got to sneak in a last minute visit with Tianna. :)
Uncle Brian arrived from Chicago yesterday, and we are so excited to have him here. Reese had a Halloween parade at school this morning, and as soon as we picked him up, we headed down to the zoo for a quick trip before going to Brian and Jacqi's for trick or treating. :)
