Ok, since our last blog update did not contain a single picture of Reese, I figured I would update again.
The weekend before we left was full of activity. That Thursday was my dad's birthday, and he came over to visit, and Reese loved seeing him, as always. you should see how excited she gets about him. It's pretty adorable.

We stayed home on Friday, and Reese was loving being outside playing with bubbles.

She discovered tomatoes in the garden, and she was very excited to show them to us. She decided she would take a bite out of one, but she didn't seem to like it too much.

She loves her dog.

My cousin Eric got married on Saturday, so Reese got to get all dolled up for the event. She was a busy body during the reception, and we couldn't keep her away from the dance floor, even though she was the only one out there. She spent a lot of time dancing in front of the DJ table, and she definitely knew that she was getting attention. :)

Reese LOVES her "ampa"

On Sunday, we went up to the Zoo. It was an absolutely gorgeous day, so the place was packed, but we had a great time.

There was music playing by the carousel, and she enjoyed dancing with Dadddy.

My mom was awesome about taking lots of pictures while we were away. She had a very busy week as well. Here are her pictures from Reese's time at Grandma & Grandpa's:

My mom and dad took Reese to the Sandwich fair on Wednesday, and my mom and Matt's mom took her back out on Thursday.

Painting with water:

I'm not sure what is going on in this picture, but it definitely doesn't look safe. Mom, can you fill me in? haha

Reese LOVES swinging under my parents' deck.

Eating puffs while Bailey patiently waits for her to drop some.

Having an absolute blast while being posed in the tree:

On Sunday, my parents took Reese down to Princeton for Eva's 1st birthday party. I was so sad that we had to miss it, but I'm glad Reese got to go. It sounds like she had a great time. She wore her polka dot dress for the polka dot party. :)

Today, Reese had her first haircut. Her hair has been getting so long, and she had a serious mullet going on. It was so much longer in the back than in the front, and her hair in back was really dry and tangly. Her bangs have been hanging down in her eyes, and we decided it was time to get her primped up.

So, I took her to my friend Olivia today, and my mom came along. I had to wake Reese up from a nap to take her there, so that wasn't a great start to the big event. She wasn't pleased about having her sleep interrupted. When we got there, she was a little timid, and she didn't want to be away from me at all. She's normally really comfortable around Olivia, since we are together with her a lot for our play dates with Audrina, but she was being much more reserved today. She wasn't happy about sitting in the chair by herself, so we decided we would give it a try with her on my lap. Olivia did a great job while Reese wiggled around!
Here's Reese checking out the salon:

Getting started after our decision to cut her hair on my lap. Check out that mullet!

And the finished product--she looks like such a big girl now!
